So I have seen this one and the HIDS4U (that requires removing the entire dash and wiring). Would would be the downside of this one?

Why do you have to remove the complete dash to fit the hid4u gvif?
No reason at all why it will not do the job, you may have import duty or vat to pay, don't know the regulations in your country, check shipping costs and time, although they do apear to be included. They are available a lot cheaper if you do a search. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Where have you seen them cheaper? Or should I say what site? The ones I have seen are this one and hids4u. I thought 220 was a good price considering the the other one was 350+. Please let me know.
