D3 to new D4?
Well after 7 + years of happy motoring in my D3 I’m looking to change not quite sure why as I can not see a lot in driving the D4 apart from having a nice new one & very much more Rang Rover esq. compared to mine, I should point out mine was one of the first to be Turbo chipped so has plenty of get up & go!
This is what I’m after
D4 HSE in Baltic Blue with Almond Leather seats with Almond/Arabica interior & walnut trim,
Tow hitch & electrics,
Tinted glass,
Full size spare,
Mats front & back + boot liner,
Remote for park heater,
Fridge
Mud flaps
Call me tight, but I have been thinking of taking off my tow hitch & electrics + even the mud flaps as these are now extras!!
Is there anything else I should be thinking of?
Looking at a deal to change of £40k + my 05 D3 SE Auto how dose that sound?

Sounds like a beautiful D4!!!
I'd do the same- probably will in a few years if I choose to go for a D4. Hitch and mats are coming with me!17 Discovery 5 HSE Si6, Fuji White on brown | 07 LR3 SE 4.4 Java Black on Alpaca

I'm pretty sure the electrics from a D3 wont fit a D4Cheers Ian

Down here in Nz my new D4 came with electrics already wired. I just grabbed my removeable tow bar from D3.... after some gentle persuasion so I did not twist the key off after 5 years... and all was ready to go!Near enough 40 degrees South!!!
