Hidden Menu on MY2012 D4

Anyone managed to get into any hidden menu's on a MY2012 D4 yet?

I've tried all the usual tricks but no joy. Pressing the centre top of the Home screen for 6 to 10 secs and then the top left just gives you the Valet menu as the top left of the Home screen houses the Valet button! Having tried all combinations of screens and corners I reckon they have either changed the sequence or my fingers are not the correct Landrover size and I'll have to order new ones from the dealer at greatly inflated prices. Nope, me neither.

There are regular mentions of a CODE on the site ??1472 or something for D3 and upto MY11 D4. Maybe the new MY12 format doesn't work that way anymore and I bet LR will have changed the code to fool us Evil or Very Mad

I got into a hidden menu on my MY12 D4. Process was as follows:
1. Start button with foot off brake.
2. On the home screen pressed the land rover logo in the center right top of the screen for 10 seconds.
3. Pressed the absolute top left of the screen for 20 seconds. The Valet button highlighted but eventually a system screen comes up.

Menu screen shot is in my gallery

At least now I can see the sofware version and hopefully in future can tell if the dealer makes changes. I just got my car back from the dealers and had a minor glitch which left me wondering if they have done an update.

Great

I must have tried that about 20 times over the past 2 months with no success. Went back and tried again and voila, it worked. Thanks

Can you change the contrast and colour in this screen?? There is a video colours section and I adjusted the levels but they don't hold in the memory!!! The screen is a bit wishy washy for colour and needs more depth. Sat nag is bearable but tv colours look faded. Great fully receive any tips. Local dealer has no idea!!??

If you access this, you'll find a button for adjusting touch screen sensitivity, If you use it, your screeen will go blank and remain so until the system has shut down for a complete rest. Don't be alarmed, it will come back but it takes it's time from the vehicle reset when the systems have gone to sleep.

Been there - got the worry lumps! Big Cry
