Does anybody know whether the Thule 591 bike carrier is compatible with genuine Landrover cross bars?
If yes, how many bikes will fit on the roof?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

T7 I have four Thule bike racks on a set of Thule cross bars, four bikes are tight but they do go. The Thule racks will also fit on the LR bars.

They did fit the LR cross bars I had on my Freelander 2. But that information is probaly of no use to you, unless they D3 and the Freel2 share the same cross bars. Do they?
Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

Thule roofbars also give you an extra 5"-6" inches width either side.
