Site slowdown
Is it just me, or does the site seem slower since those blue underlined links to ads started ?

If you look at the PRS Music Scam post, the 4th post down, by sharkysharks, you will see the words "internet access" in blue and underlined twice. This is a clicky link to another site. They appear to have sprung up in all posts randomly

That is something your browser (or more likely, a piece of unwanted software) is adding to the site - it is NOT added by DISCO3.

Oh, and those links are put there to generate revenue for whoever scammed you into loading that software onto your computer.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

I didn't mean to cause offence Martin, I assumed as they are only appearing on this site that they were meant to be there.
Does anyone know where they have they come from then, I haven't downloaded anything, and I have Malwarebytes installed. Whats the best way to stop them?

Are you using Internet Explorer? Best first step is swap to Firefox or Chrome.
Then get a virus scan and malware scan going ASAP.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

No, I am using chrome already. I just opened this site in IE and its fine. As I have said many times, I am not too good with computers and when they appeared I just assumed they were meant to be there for some reason, but this has slowed down the site (to me anyway) that is why I asked the question in the first place. I have no idea what they are or where they came from. I have just run Malwarebytes and nothing has been detected, any ideas how I can stop them from appearing ?

I have just found that these are "easyinline" adverts. It says I can disable them and they are part of "yontoo", what on earth is yontoo ?

Don't know, you don't need it - uninstall it or permanently disable it.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Thats just what I have done. It seemed to be a programme that puts a load of things onto your PC "buzzdock" "drop down deals" "easyinline" and a load of other apps.
It was installed on my computer on the 11th Feb, that was when it was in the computer shop getting the processor and RAM memory upgraded, so for some reason it was installed then. Not too happy about that, so will have a word with the tech in the shop to find out why they put it there.
Just had a search around the site and things are back to normal regarding speed
