Karcher Chassis Cleaner

Just been watching these being sold on a tv shopping channel....

http://www.karcher.co.uk/uk/Products/Home_...leaner.htm

It looks good for cleaning out mud and salt underneath the car without much effort, or is it a bit rubbish?

Cheaper and probably just as effective to use a garden sprinkler.
Just keep moving it about.

They seem to sell for around the £60 mark. Might have to invest Smile

TV channel also had the Karcher on "special" this morning for £129.99

Tesco had exactly the same thing in store for £63, albeit, without the foam nozzle and detergent. And I got another 10% off that price Whistle Thumbs Up

I've got one. Can't remember what I paid for it. Pretty effective peice of kit. Certainly better than footling around tryoing to squirt a hose upwards

Santa..

brought me mine last year......amazon the best price at the time..
these work very well - if you have a look before & after the result is very thorough
even though it use a pressure washer to drive it the actual jets are quite gentle & wide spread.

also did the XK.....because its so low it probably the only real way to do this height of vehicle properly & to protect the aluminium underside bits.

the only downside is the actual detergent & chassis wax supplied with & for this isn't that available...B&Q dont have it & even Karcher were out of stock just before christmas....which is plain ridiculous.
The Northern Ireland Karcher dealer in Newtonards did have both in stock as they anticipated there would be a demand.
Well done them.
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.
