WANTED - D3 spotlight wiring loom

Hi
I understand you can't get these on their own, so I thought I'd put out a request for a genuine spot lamp wiring loom +/- original switch.

Try emailing site sponsor 10forcash, I seem to remember he once said he could make up replicas.

I know the D4 is different in that the switch is in a different location, so I suspect the loom in the cabin area may differ, but I suspect the enginebay loom will be the same.

Use a genuine parts loom from the bay of e for freelander 1 for circa £30 (or any other LR) and make it fit perhaps?Unfortunately for D3/D4 there seems to be no separate part in existence.

The plugs at the back of the lights matching and having a LR switch is your main aim I expect and surely a genuine loom regardless of model would fit these plugs, then a bit extra length may be needed with creativity and solder and ditching freelander multi plugs and tap manually into the loom?

I would NOT buy some of the cheap 10.99 eBay spot loom at all but just look at one of the pics on these ads to see how simple the job is in its basic form and I am sure that you will be then enlightened enough to be able to use the freelander kit.

If I am wrong due to you only wanting proper kit or not prepared to adapt then apologies. Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:

I've just removed the front spots from mine and at some point intend to strip out the wiring.
How soon are you looking for this as might not get to it until next week.

Spots have already been sold to another forum member but you are welcome to the wiring once I've removed it.
