Sankey trailer wheel adapters to fit D3 wheels

Any one know where I can purchase some wheel adapters to mount D3 wheels on a Sankey ?
Defender to disco3 hub adapters I guess? "you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"

I got them to open up so they fitted directly over the sankey Hub.
