Barry each to thier own if you like it then fine, just however make sure your body shop keys the plastic well as it can be a bit of a bugg3r to take also make sure they bake the finish. We did this to Slimers grill (Satin Black) and that survived Morocco. Go the whole hog powder coat the wheels black I am just sorting centre cap & wheel nut solutions then mine will be done

Correct Mate. the guys that are doing the work know that Im a fussy b d
All the parts will be removed from the Disco and they will using a special
primer and paint process for this type of work , they will then spray them in a
special spray room that once done also turns into an oven.
Like I said I'm fussy b d and I have seen the work that these guys have done
they are not cheep but the work is quality and guaranteed.
powder coating the Rim's.... Interesting .... Love to see some pics of that
mate if you get it done.
Cheers
B.

Thank,s Barry
The exhaust is fantastic.I also have turbo chip upgrade from Chris Tyler and find the extra power great,it is how the engine should be tuned in the first place.
Did you buy exhaust from Kahn or is there a supplier in Ireland and what are fitting costs and implications with cat etc.Must keep an eye out for those four big tailpipes

Hi Marcon.
Yes I do Love my exhaust. 8)
I got them direct from Kahn in the UK , Fitted then my self , cost the price of 5 exhaust clamps (20 euro) , Had them on in about an hour or so on my drive.
The implication with the cat is that it is gone . you get a new center section with the system . The sound is mad ( sounds like the V8 )
With the TC and the ITG and the exhaust Im getting 25.6mpg
this is better than what I was getting (22-23 ) prior the mods and on paper
its putting out 260bhp
your only down the road from me , so if you ever want to see them just let me know and we can meet up , no problem at all mate.
Cheers
Barry .
