Bought last 2 caravans from them and previous to that from another dealer and they both seemed to offer about the same.
Perhaps buying local is better if you have any issues that need attention. Last thing you want is a long round trip to get work done.
At one time they refused to take caravans in for service on a Saturday which was a problem to those who work during the week but I think that changed once the new service centre was built.
As you know they have been there for many years so you would hope they are doing something right.

I have a Glossops special Pastiche and she is great. But, I haven't been back to Glossops for anything as it is too far. They are a big dealer and seemed reasonable also their servicing prices are competative (even though I didn't use them!).
If you are in Manchester then there is no problem with distance as I think they are on the outskirts.

Best buying local
I thought caravan dealers were like car dealers on warranty but learned the hard way that is not the case - bought last Elddis from Banbury but local dealer would not carry out warranty work Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW
Still hoping for a S2 one day!

Allforus - which window and where did your rear panel crack?
I have same van (2007) and found damp which was actually rain water coming straight in, early on below nearside tall window - took it out (almost fell out when screws removed from frame!) and resealed it myself as van kept in Cornwall
