Knocking from front of disco4

My Disco 4 has covered 72k and has developed knocking sound from the front when going over rough ground or when braking suddenly. I have looked at the ARB bushes and as far as I can tell they look good.
Any advice appreciated

How can I check those? for a vehicle which is only just over 5yrs old they all look good!

5 years and 72k , lower arms ARB bushes need replacing is my bet Thumbs Up


drive forward at 5/10 mph and stab the brakes see what happens,don't forget you will need a full geometry set up afterwards not knowing where you are i can't recommend anybody

Thanks for all your advice. Since this is not a job I can do myself without the specialised equipment can anyone recommend someone nearer to me in the New Forest.

Just had front lower arm bushes replaced at 72k on my Disco, due to a knocking. The difference is unbelievable! Wasn't cheap mind, £227 each side plus vat then labour on top.
