FBH webasto I/O signals?
Im searching for a I/O list for the FBH unit.
Looking for a v+ signal when the FBH is active so i can hook up that signal to a LED.
That way i can see when the FBH is heating.

purple and black wires as I remember.
i connected mine to a flashing red LED and ran the cables to the dash. now i can tell when the FBH is running rather than when it has received a startup signal.
the LED flashes faster as the pump runs quicker and is interesting to see when it starts and stops (in a nerdy kind of way )Duncan

there are two wires that come out of the FBH in a seperate connector next the the multi wire connector. you can see these wires run down to the pump. Duncan

You won't be able to take a feed from the dash LED, as it is switched on an off by a CAN message, not hardwire.
The feed to the water pump is your best choice.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

It is a LED inside? either i will remove the LED becaurse i hate that stupid "greenlight" function that came with the clock-mod, otherwise it can be soldered into a cable from Webasto wather pump.
