Rear Headrest Removal ?
Anyone know if this is possible ?

If you mean the middle row, then yes, you just need to push the buttons both sides, the easy to see ones and their flush counterparts.

It will adjust up and down, but when it comes to removing ......... it aint comin out !?

The correct technique. Brace your back on the rear of the front seats, sharply raise your leg ensuring the point of your foot comes into complete contact with the central soft area of the head rest. A short but powerful shout will also help loosen it.

There are 2 press catches, the main one for adjusting and another (hidden) one on the other side that needs to be pressed at the same time !
