| TOWING MIRRORS WITH CHROME COVERS! |

Hi there have recently moved from a f2 to discovery 3 and intended to use the milenco mirrors that i had with the f2. the d3 has however got the chrome wing mirror covers on and therefore makes the wing mirror not flat, have attached the milencos and they were ok but a fit loose, and tried to attach the "bolts" on the bottom of the wing mirror as well, but still the same issue really.
have been looknig at the strap on ones with a frame to pand bottom - any idea if these are suitable, there does appear to be some for 4 x 4s : any thoughts and feedback apprecaited:

I use the ones that 'stick' to the mirror surface with a screw on sucker, I think they are great and had them for 5years now, they can be adjusted from inside the car using the normal mirror switches and would solve the problem of your chrome covers

I have a brand new set of Millenco strap ons if you are interested, I have never used them for driving but did try them on the D3 and they were perfect
