D4 command shift question

Just out of interest, as a D4 is and will be above budget for some time...
My D3 had to go for MOT and I got a brand new D4 as courtesy car. It had the flappy paddles. Flicking one of the paddles invokes command shift, but I did not see how to go back to normal operation.

It appears that after a while of not touching the paddles, it goes back to normal but is there a way to get it back into normal mode manually?

BTW loved the drive in it.
The seat appears to move higher up than in my D3. I like to be high up so that is good, but I could not see the indicator lights on the dash because the steering wheel could not be moved upward far enough... And I'm 6 ft tall.
I 'm also not sure about the seats, I like my D3 seat better but this may be because it is shaped after my bum?

Regards,

Wiljo

I believe that you hold the + paddle for one second it will revert back to auto.

Just picked mine up this afternoon so not had a chance to play yet Very Happy
Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!

it will revert to full automatic if you don't use the paddles for around 30 seconds.

Or, you can make it go straight back to full auto by turning the selector to S then back to D.
