Another Bluetooth problem - help

D4 2011MY bluetooth and phones working fine for last 6 months but today phoes are failing to find device despite being paired all of this time. Tried deleting pairing and starting again but device cannot be found.

On reading handbook for D4 and phone suggests ensure Bluetooth switched on, it is on phone but the question is, "is there a way of switching on/off Bluetooth on vehicle?". Have gone through vehicle settings but cannot find any way around this.

Any suggestions? Jeff

I've had this problem twice now, worked fine for months and then will not connect Confused First time it happened a quick restart cured it. Last time which was last week, a restart did not work but after the car had been parked up for a couple of hours everything was working fine again Confused Also last time I had a phone call, once it was ended I could get no sound at all no matter what I selected - again after being parked up for a while, everything was fine again Confused

D4's due it's first service end of next month and this is on the list for the dealer to have a look at.

This has happened to me this morning, phone is not connected and fails every time I try to pair it. Going to have another go at lunch time, might delete and start again to see if that works.
