There's 2 pumps .. One for front / rear washers and one for washer jets .
If the fuse is ok then sounds like one of the pumps is goosed G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

May just be the feed pipe has come loose?
Can you hear the pump running when you push the button? If not it could be pump or fuse ( but unlikely fuse as headlight washers working you say ) ....................................................................................................

As WIGGS states, sounds like pumps knackered, although i have had a few that a good tap gets them going again if the impeller is jammed with crud, not a fortune to replace. ....................................................................................................

Which fuse did you check?
I thought mine only had one fuse box under the bonnet so I checked the fuse there.
It was the fuse behind the glove box that had popped.

Result - thanks! The fuse behind the glovebox did the job for me. to get to though as it's behind the wiring loom which comes down over it.

No need to thank me mate. It's the other forumites that told me about this issue.
What threw me is the fact that the fuse numbers are the same on both fuse boards (11 I think).
It's a cold weather thing. When your washers freeze up it pops the fuse. A bit of advice from another forumite is to replace the 10amp fuse with a 15amp which I have done.
And yes you're right! It's a total to get out. I got cramp in my side while trying to contort myself into the foot well
All the best.
Normski.
