MY12 D4 with RSE

Have the rse fitted from factory, want to know what the three connectors in the back by the AUX connector are for, I know you can plug a DVD into them but are you supposed to be able to plug an IPOD into them with the correct cable. Have tried this with no joy so far, kids have load of films on IPOd;s and wanted to use this without having to transfer them onto another media form. Any advise would be appreciated.

I don't have RSE myself, but I'll have a guess!

You probably need the composite AV iPod cable - Apple's used to be the only one which worked due to a "chip" in the cable, but I notice that Amazon have an own-brand one now at half the price:

Any issues with the site let me know!

Martin thanks for the feed back, I have three of those cables I brought and used on the old D4 when I ut the screens from the Freelander in the headrests. We then used the cable and the ipods as the medis player for the screens worked well and hence the amount of films now stored on the IPOD but this method does not seem to work with the factory RSE. The hand book only contains a couple of pages on the RSE system!!!! So it is a case of sucking it and see, so wanted t see what others had done for playing films.
With the CD player you can store 10 CD's but this does not seem to be the case with DVD's.
