thread on reduced performance due to low diesel
As I swung out of the drive this morning car went to restricted performance. Couldn't clear it until I filled up with diesel after a couple of stops and locks. Wondering if it could be as simple as all the fuel rushed to one side and exposed a sensor (tank was less than 1/4 full). I remember a thread about somone having a problem going down a hill but can't find it. Any views, advice? Phoned LRA and they just advised see if it happens again!d4 HSE

Yep! It was I! you need a software upgrade. The back sensor was left high and dry while travelling downhill! The computer thought it was running out of fuel. Trouble is, my version of the software would not reset once I filled up!Disco 4 Difflock on rear, side running bars, leather upgrade! tow hitch 7 & 13 pin electrics oh and roof bars

the tank has a smaller comaprtment inside the main tank to limit fueling issues ie when driving at steep angles etc. turning sharply wouldnt cause a starvation of fuel IMODuncan

It happened to me the first time I ran the car below zero miles remaining range. But it did not happen the second (and last) time I did that.2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)
