hi all
having just joined the forum i read an old link about towing weights and i'm looking at a d4 commercial for towing. i thought i was ok without the o license but would require tacho but now read i may not be, i'll be pulling my own goods (mini drilling rig), unladen weight of the trailer is under 1020kg. i know its a minefield but could someone shed some light on the matter. was looking forward to owning my first discovery but seems to be in the balance at the moment, thanks
