According to Land Rover Owner International they are from Matzker. This is in an article on the Matzker suspension updgrade. There is also a piece on chipping the TDV6 engine.

Maybe they just respray the standard mouldings? hence the LR part numbers... I was browsing the ragmag earlier in the LR dealers, they are apparently selling the LR raised air intake (made by Mantec) as their own as well
