D3 Parking Sensors - Garage flummuxed!

Bought my D3 2008 two months ago and noted when I collected it parking sensors were not functioning.

Selling garage has attempted to fix them by sending out a mobile auto electrician and now they've had it for a week at their Land rover specialist.

Sensors have been checked, wiring has been checked and they have tried several modules but still no luck. Diagnosis machine keeps throwing up all sorts of codes.

What else could it be if the sensors, wiring and modules have all be checked?

Power source? I want my truck back!

When you say not working, is that no beeping or error message to say parking sensors disabled?

When we start the vehicle the PDC switch flashes on and off permanently and there is long beep. When you engage reverse there is no sound. PDC switch on dashboard permanently flashes orange.

What are the fault codes? Sounds like dodgy sensor or wiring issue.

I don't know I'm afraid as the garage still has the truck. Told them I don't want it back until it's fixed!

Does the garage have proper Landrover diagnostics? With the right kit you can monitor the sensors and see which are/aren't working. The errors should give a reasonable indication of where the problem lies.

It's not something silly like it's had a new front bumper without PDC yet they are still enabled in the CCF is it?
