Rear air con = cold, front air con= hot

Not another air con thread I hear you all shout Embarassed Embarassed, but after doing some searching I can't find anything similar to my issues.

So the symptoms:

1. Front air con is warm. It only cools off a little compared to the econ light being on.
2. Rear air con on auto or rear control is notably cooler then the front but no icy cold.
3. Lots of condensate dripping from rear near-side wheel arch even after a short journey.
4. It's been 3 years since the last regas.

What are people's thoughts and prognosis? I have it booked in with a mobile aircon specialist for a service and leak test. He has recommended going to a local landrover indie specialist so he can use the ramp for inspection. The indie will then do any repairs and then the aircon guy with recharge the system.

Cheers
