Had mine done over a year now, transformed the performance and the mpg averages 33, when towing the caravan it is about 26. Highly recommended. Nick

What did you guys pay for the Autologic tune? I have a local LR specialist near work that does it but they want over £500!

or go for superchips bluefin or BAS tune you can take them off and on again. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

The BAS kit looks interesting and I'm sure he knows 100% what he's doing but in my experience remaps by post aren't usually recommended! Never heard of bluefin, will take a look.

Nothing wrong with this method bud, infact I would say its the best bcause if you ever have a problem all you do is email it to Pete and he will fix it and email it back, but I've never heard from anybody on the board who has had one of Pete's re-maps thats had problems with it.

As I say I'm sure he knows his stuff, but in my experience (from other cars) you can't beat a live remap as every car will be slightly different. Generic maps aren't always good. That said on my old 911 Steve Wong in the states got within 3 bhp of a live remap by the best in the business.....

Not sure what method BAS do but I would think similar to bluefin you download the map from your car, send it to them and they a send a new one.
Autologic is downloaded from the auto logic site by the tech and put onto your car. You have to go back if the dealer over writes. I remove my map when it goes to the dealer in case of this. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

with autologic the tune stays to the car so if went back to dealer for say a new ecu or a reprogram ring them back up give them cha number and back on with tune at no cost .
