Since i have had my new laptop a few months now i have had problems viewing the site, sometimes it does not load other times it will load but with no pictures.
Anyway i got a smart phone a few days ago and the site does the same on wifi on the phone but on 3g it fine so it must be my modem or intetnet provider, is this possible.
Any ideas?

Have you tried connecting the laptop by cable to see if you still get the same problems? if so it's probably an issue with your wifi, in which case you could try repositioning the wifi router or see if it lets you change signal strength etc.
