The pictures are not clear enough for me to read the codes. Does your friend night have a decode explanation with the scan tool?Disco 3 TDV6 HSE, Auto, White, Rear Diff Lock. Congrats. Write the codes down properly and we can see what you've got. The IID website is a good resource for codes, ISTR.PAGODA

Also my mechanic friend said a lot of these codes will come up if the battery has low voltage which can happen if the car sits for a bit he said Rover tend to be touchy when it comes to voltage

Looks like you have a Royal Flush or similar! There are some other components of the codes that are not displayed, but that is probably academic given the number you have. Have you checked the battery voltage as 12.2 or below is problematic.Disco 3 TDV6 HSE, Auto, White, Rear Diff Lock. ARB BB, Traxide DBS, GME TX3540S, Safari Snorkel, IIDTool-BT, Doran TPMS, Rijidij Spare Wheel Carrier, Two side by side Drifta drawers, cargo barrier and drop down fridge slide, ARB 47l Fridge, Yokohama A/Ts and out of date 17" Cooper STTs.

Yes I just zoomed in so you could see the codes , what does that mean a royal flush lol how do I check the voltage and if it's that does it mean I just need a new battery?

i meant that you seem to have just about every code in the book!
if you have a multimeter (otherwise youe mechanic friend will have one) take off the battery box cover and put the +ve probe on the +ve terminal and the -ve probe on the -ve terminal, having selected the volt setting on the meter. Fully charged it should be 12.7, 12.2 or less is problematic. if it is low, then you can try charging it. if it charges ok, you would need a qualified person to test it to see if it is ok, as if there is a charging problem, it could be the alternator. if the battery is at a reasonable voltage when you check it, then that is not your problem.Disco 3 TDV6 HSE, Auto, White, Rear Diff Lock. I would also suggest that you clear all the error codes and retest after a few miles, just to see what codes are current and which are historical. But as rsp said, check the battery and alternator first. A search on this forum will give you info on checking the alternator outputThere are two rules for success,
1. Never tell everything you know.
