All,
I have noticed that my D3 08.5 has started to leave small patched of fuel from the underside of the car. It appears to be dripping from the two bolt heads that are near the frame that runs the width of the vehicle, in relation to below the driver seat. I cannot find the source of the leak just the point of dip and the aroma of diesel under the vehicle. 
Has anyone suffered a similar complaint? If so was it a trip to the dealers of a bit of DIY? Struggling to add a picture, as I feel my explanation might be a little confuddling.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is it just from the fuel filter perhaps? You'd need to take the small cover off (10mm bolts I think) and reveal the fuel filter. Probably fitted the wrong way around or the bottom bit has come loose? Bodsys Brake Bible

Many thanks I'll nip off and investigate, the car has been recently serviced (2k previous), but I've been away and only noticed it on my first drive today.

Hope you haven't suffered rodent attack on the fuel tank elbow; the leak tends to be evidenced by drips on the passenger side. More prevalent after filling up? Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

This is almost certainly from the fuel filter. Possibly not seated correctly. I had this after the last service at Guy Salmon. Took it straight back. Many apologies, new filter fitted and pressure washed underneath.

You're right on the money there, took it to the local dealer (Roger Young), and explained the recent service and the fault since then.
Up on the ramps with the mandatory head scratching and then an hour later, keys handed back with a blaiming a defective filter. All done at no cost, winner!
