This could be called a "mostly harmless" mod. How did you fix it? Superglue?

It's a lapel badge - so first I removed the pin from the rear and then I filled in the back with five minute epoxy - to give me a nice smooth surface to work with and then I used a very strong double sided tape to attach it.
You are quite right - it's a "mostly harmless" mod - ho ho.
