After a battle with the wipers not working correctly, my Tdv6 is smoking like an old man.BLACK SMOKE Black smoke. Could it be the airflow meter. New turbo fitted but still the smoke. Any suggestions. I am trying the airflow meter tomorrow. Will keep the post going.

Have you checked all the hoses and pipes connected to turbo, intercooler etc, could be a split somewhere If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

Delaminated/split intercooler hose quite likely,and not always visible,not too dear from LR replacement or get a better silicone version from Bell Auto Services(forum sponsor)

intercooler hose....90%....
Had the same....crack on top corner.
Silicone BAS hose now and drives Disco 3 TDV6 Aut. 7 seat, Zambezi silver, Privacy glass, Rosen A9 DVD, Tow-kit, K&N airfilter, Frontrunner Windcheetah + 4xHella Comet 550, tailgate ladder, 5 breaklights  , Performance BB6 17" + Duratracs 256/70R17, RLD Skid-plate, Traxide second battery setup, Lightguards, BAS EGR's blank kit, BAS Silicone hose, Black bonnet decal,
