Cornering noise

Hi All

Appealing to the good folks of Disco3 for some help. Apologies in advance for a naive question - I'm rather mechanically challenged...

When I turn right i get a squealing noise from the front right wheel. This happens from a slight turn right through to a full turn

Any idea what might be causing this? My car is in for its 2nd service next week and I'd like it sorted
