I am having to replace the head light bulbs for the second time in 3 weeks on the driver side and wondered if anyone has had a similar problem or can recomend a fix for it. 06 S, sticker, colour coded boot handle and sill guards added within 2 hours of getting it!!!

Is there a chance that you touched the bulb glass when you were installing? You might have just got a duffer / transit weakened example.
Bad luck as they aren't cheap... Club missing my D3
