Posted them off today ,so they should be with them by 1300 tomorrow had a job finding a courier that would insure them for 2k Would of took a chance normally but with my luck lately there bound to get lost

Apperently they are the only diesel injector specialist in Scotland who have a common rail test bed??

They refurbed the diesel pump on my 300tdi D1 about 3 years ago, and thats still running perfectly as well"

Had a fault code logged something like no 3 injector threshold below min,I reckon i my of got some crap in the system when i rebuilt the old girl i was as clean as i poss could and put all fuel parts in individual new poly pockets but it doesnt take alot on these common rail system to cause a problem will keep you posted when i here back from them,they received the injectors today

Hi yeah there is a low pressure pump in the tank had that out the other day as it was noisy give it a good clean and all was well.
I've had the car from new so can rule out bio fuel,miss fuel and that the main reason i went for injectors was the smoke on overrun and smoke sometimes on the first start up of the day the smoke stinks of fuel so was thinking the injector was leaking into a cylinder overnight and had to burn of the fuel when started first thing in the morning just hope i can get to the bottom of this without costing my a small fortune again as SWMBO is getting a little bit unset with me spending every spare penny on my car they just dont understand do they she even said the other night its me or the ing car i just said thats easy then are grab my keys now she knows who comes first and it begins with D and ends in 3
