Land Rover Admin told me today that the updated brochure for MY2012 is now available - mine is being sent out in the post.
Yippee - now really looking forward to delivery in second half of September....

When I phoned about the brochure, the guy at LR admin was a bit vague but reckoned the website would be updated "in September" (!)
I know we all log on for a peek every day anyway so we'll find out soon enough LOL.

Mmm.....interesting.
I phoned LR Admin again yesterday to ask where my brochure was. After a bit of consultation, I was told there had been "a delay" at wherever it is they are sent from - likely to be next week sometime......
110CSW - where did you pick yours up ? It's definitely for the 2012 model ? If so, lucky man !

Dealer I popped into on Wednesday didn't have any brochures, didn't know when they were getting any, tried to sell me a MY11 XS that was sitting on their forecourt (they had an HSE as well) - without mentioning the new MY12!
And, apparently the MY12 "isn't out for some time yet" and when I expressed surprise at this given the first ones are already hitting the dealers, he said they aren't expecting their first MY12 until next month...!
Sometimes I feel that 'salesmen' shouldn't be allowed to sell Land Rovers - they should recruit enthusiasts and teach them to sell - and I suspect enthusiasm for and knowledge of the product would shift far more than a crimplene shirted, polyester tied, slightly smarmy (probably) former double glazing salesman!D4 XS MY12 Galway

Absolutely! I for one would love to have a LR franchised dealership, with staff from this forum for example.........! Anyone fancy moving to Ireland?!
