slow running site?

slow running site?

Is it just me or is the site running really slow lately, It is so frustrating, the pages take ages to load and sometimes dont even come up.

All other sites run fine, any ideas? I have windows 7.

Martin Help !!!! its driving me made, I dont understand why it is doing it on this site only, when it works which is not for long 5 mins or so it works well, pages come up fast, but when it plays up its so frustrating, pages take ages and most of the time dont appear.

Any advice would be great. Bow down
