does anyone know how to get into the boot when your tail gate is broken. The trick of pressing lock and unlock does not work in my position as its the wire that has snapped. Can you help. Thanks to make it worse i move house on sat and need the boot to shift furniture!

Help, I,ve got the same problem...
Is there a quick fix or am I off to the stealers for a shakedown? Don't allow an inanimate object to outwit you.

just done mine bit fiddly but not to bad 
ps new latch and cable £22.58 from my dealer
