Really thought I would see more than 2 D3's in 2.500 mls of driving around the mountains and deserts.
Silverton to look at the mountains and the Jeep 4x4 trails. Unfortunatly we arrived after Labour Day and it seems that the whole of the U.S closes down for a sleep (3 months). The D3 just drove past, no markings, no added extra's. Later on I 70 a D3 shot by and after a bit of a chase we managed to get www.wasatchadventures.com off it's amazing paint job.
This web address leads to http://www.trails.com/ which seems to be a very comprehensive site for adventure breaks.
I did not realise that the 4x4 trails are graded like sky slopes and after looking at a BLACK drive, all you who mentioned off roading around Silverton can carry on, I'll stick to my back garden.
