Is the D3 fridge lid the same as RRS?

Hi, on eblag there is a leather cover to ponce up the RRS cubby lid, I fancy the thing for my D3 and wonder if the two are the same please?

England 2008 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Tangiers OrangeDiscovery 3

I haven't dismantled them, but have had a look as have both and they look the same size and fitting and are the same diagonal measurements across the corners. TLO Would be able to give the definitive answer
