Parked up for 2wks

We'll be going on the family hols in a few weeks and the car will be parked up at the airport.

Is there any thing that needs to be done re the none use or will the car be OK on my return. I don't want to come back to a dead D4. Rolling Eyes

I left mine for over 3 months when I went overseas. Disconnected the battery and when reconnected 3 months later it started as normal. Dont know how secure your airport car park is though Question

Cheers for that, I'm not wanting to disconnect the battery unless absolutely neccessary due to the alarm even though the car park is manned 24/7 and CCTV.

Should it be left in access/normal/off road ? Kev

Related question - I often wonder if leaving an iPod connected (using the LR interface) gives any significant additional drain if the car is left for weeks at a time? Or is it negligible? Any experience anyone?
