Noise from o/s/f wheel when turning left left at speed

Hi Help please i have droaning noise from the o/s/f wheel when i slightly turn the steering wheel to left i.e. change lanes or go around a long left hand bend at speed i have all ready changed the wheel bearing and swapped the wheels fron front to rear but still have the noise
has enyone had the same fault please help Smile

Could be wheel bearing. Had both my fronts done.

changed the wheel bearing on the o/s but still have the problem when turning the steering slightly to the left but no noise then thurning to the right

Bearing would be my first thought.......second would be front diff...

1966 '88 Series 2a....still starts in the morning better than I do...

I thought it was my o/s, changed it and still not better. Then changed n/s and all is well.

I'm having exactly the same promblem with mine at the moment and it's got a brand new wheel bearing on like yourself so can't be that!

The noise that is been described is exactly what I have got and it is a wuring noise that a bearing would make and not any kind of bush.

I'm thinking it may be the diff bearing but hoping not.

Well after exactly the same problem as yourself I have changed the near side wheel bearing tonight and it stopped the noise.

Still not sure why the near side bearing being gone makes the noise cone from the offside but the main thing is it's fixed!!
