first off all hi to all
discovery tdv6 hse auto 06 plate 134k miles
odd rumble/vibration or miss fire while driving from 1.500k up to abt 3k rpm goes off after 3k seems like driving over a cattle grid rev counter very slightly fluctuates more noticable under acceleration. no warning lights no stored or current faults in either engine or gbox, auto box changes gear ok no bangs or thuds. sometimes slow to change but think this due to fault poss on engine, but i might be wrong.

Autobox, torque converter slipping.
Start with a double flush of the auto box oil, which may cure it. If it doesn't, then chances are that your torque converter is fubard, possibly caused by a hairline crack in radiator which leaks into the auto fluid cooler. Bodsys Brake Bible
