My Disco has started wondering when at 60/70mph, sometimes gradually, and sometimes some quite sharp,quick moves to the right or left. Theres also a sort of grinding noise when braking at under about 5mph, and have also just discovered the rear passenger side brake disc has a 'score' mark about 1cm wide and a couple of mm deep closest to the hub.. Has just passed MOT/had service, so was just wondering if the scored brake disc might have something to do with the wondering? it doesnt squeak and doesnt really feel like a brake sticking. Anyway, hope anyone can help with cause/fixes as i dont want to spend money on explorations which might be pointless.

does the grinding sound disappear when you lightly hold your foot on the brake? If so, definitely a binding caliper imo
