Creaking Dash.
Had the car since March 1st and loving every minute of it. Last week i started getting a crack/creak from the Dash area when hitting bumps and changing direction . Had this on my D3 and was told it was because i had the windscreen changed so live with it. This time though its brand new , didnt creak till around 3k on the clock . Any one had experience of this with fixes etc.

In fairness, dealer had it when cold and I didnt explain / fully realise only happened when warm
I think the issue is the D3 console had fewer dash parts - D4 made of a number of sections - might be a simple as dismantling and assembling with some of the tape they use between the joins? - not a job I'm planning on undertaking - leave it to the dealer

All I know is that they took the dash out to fix it - quite a big job. My guess is that they added some foam strips and checked that nothing was rubbing. All done under warranty Paul
