Fuel Cap Help!

Was washing the car earlier and tried to open the door that covers the fuel cap to give it a quick wipe......

The door didnt open. From memory, this has always just been a push in and pop open operation yet when I am doing it now it doesnt pop open.

Checked the car wasnt looked.

Am I overlooking something obvious or do I have a problem that needs sorted before I run out of diesel?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Ross

Hi Rossl

Look in the wiki section - `know issues and faults` - Fule filler cap. A good explanation and fix.

Good luck

Mine did not open as well, the cable was stuck between the mechanism. I used a plastic play-knife from the kids as a lever to open a few times.
