Just noticed the interior 'B' pillar lining has got noticeably dirty,( the hairy textured stuff, like the headlining). probably caused by driving in the smoke with the window down a lot recently. Does anyone know how to clean it without damaging it?

I have found that the trouble with cleaning soft interior fabrics is that one mearly smears the offending dirt deaper into the pile of the fabric when trying to wipe off. What I use is an adhesive lint roller - the type used for clothing. You just roll it over the dirty areas (!) and hey presto all the grime sticks to the roller. In harder to reach crevices (!) I scrunch up a length of cellotape and dab the sticky parts (!) in a similar fashion.
