Just about to take delivery of a front runner rack and I want to mount my existing LF140s on it. Do I use their spot mount brackets or is there a neat way of fitting the lights lower down, maybe to the front rail?
Any photos of installations?

Id be interested too, I have the original FR brackets, but feel the LF 140 will sit to high and get damaged by the canoe or timber I carry on the rack.

I used the standard FR brackets fitted upside down, just need to use longer bolts in the slots and extra nuts, makes them high enough to fit LF170s underneath
My rack's buried in the shed at the mo but will see if I can get a photo later to show you how I did itThe End
