Hi guys I've had the coolent warning come up but levels are all fine.
Could this be down to a faulty sensor?
Is it an easy fix?
Thanks

Common for the float sensor in the expansion tank to become porus and sink indicating low level. Usual solution is to replace the expansion tank and sensor as a complete unit. Took me about an hour and I'm not the most mechanically minded individual.........

Hi Muddie,
Have a search on the site search option - loads on here about this.
I think you have to swap the washer bottle over.

You've only got the basic Mechanics Kit then. I'd recommend you upgrade to two hammers (one REALLY BIG hammer) Duck Tape (silver & black) and of course Tie wraps and a can of WD40. The official cure for everything Bodsys Brake Bible

Just a quick question related to this. Do all D3s have the coolant sensor? Does my 2006 Base model have it?
