Window Tints ~ South Manchester

Hi

Any recommendations for window tinting in the South Manchester area?
Looking at getting my D3 done some time soon.

Thanks in anticipation Smile

Not sure about south Manchester, but we had our FL2 tinted when we bought it from Hatfields in south Liverpool, They got someone in to do it and they did a really good job. I'm going in this week, I could ask for their number if you are interested.

Thanks, but looking for somewhere closer than 'pool, thanks anyway.

The ESS picture was taken by the owner of our springer, its his mother, brother, sister & uncle, the owner sent me that photo a couple of years ago, we still keep in touch.
The springer is the best dog we've ever owned Thumbs Up

Here's mine...

I'll find out who did the tints anyway, as it was a mobile guy. You never know your luck, he could be from Manchester way.

Never get tints done by a mobile guy - any tiny specs of dust will ruin the film Thumbs Up

I suppose it depends on the guy... our FL2 tints are spot on. No dust or bubbles, and my other half is a perfectionist in these matters! The dealers had been using this company for a while with no problems. They may not be in the right geographic area, but I'll ask when I go in anyway.

He's based in Sale/Altrincham and has done loads of Megawads Footballers Motors - does work for GS in the area

Oh... and in the interests of impartiality, his brother is married to my sister.

I had my Disco 3 done by http://www.sun-guard.co.uk/ based in Stockport - they also do work for the Landrover Dealer.

You can see their work before you have your job done at their premises and sample the various shades. Door trims are removed so the film goes down below the bottom edge of the visable glass. No air bubbles, dust etc. Looked like original smoked glass.
