iPhone 3GS & 4 will not connect to Disco 4 |
|
Has any one found a soultion to their iPhone / iTouch / iPod not connecting to the in-car music system via the supplied iPod lead? Mine worked fine for 3 months and all of a sudden will now not connect. It first became intermittent and now I can't connect the device at all. The iPhone works as a phone via Bluetooth. Any ideas?

Hi,
Sounds like back to the dealer I'm afraid.
I had a similar issue, started off just getting sound to the right hand speakers, but would be intermittent, then wouldn't connect at all.
Was a dodgy connection between the the dock lead and the console, someone else on here had the same problem.

am in the same boat.
picked up my D4 3 weeks ago and connected my 1st Gen nano. worked fine, then last saturday the connection started dropping out and the track info would freeze on the screen.
Now evertime i try and connect it i just get a device error.
Back to the dealers on sat morning i think.
Hopefully its a bad cable so they can give me a new one
