Engine Systems Fault - Fuel Pressure ?

My Disco3 ( TDV6 08 ) has an intermittent Engine Systems Fault on start up. The effect seems to be reduced power output (it feels and sounds like the turbo isn't working)

It may be my imagination, but for a while it seemed to only happen after refueling (or after I had unscrewed the fuel filler cap and then screwed it back on).

Could it be some kind of fuel pressure issue ? would this result in an Engine Systems Fault (and subsequent 'reduced power mode') and is this a fairly common ?

Any help / information is much appreciated.

Needs fault codes reading really. Could just be the turbo actuator stuck.
