D3 on a 60 Plate?

Saw a D3 yesterday on a 60 Plate,

Whats that all about, is it just late in being registered or are they still coming through? Confused 2016 RR Sport Autobiography

Australia 

LR stopped making them in June/July 09 but still had quite a lot left in Dec 09 when I bought mine. Wouldn't surprise me that much if a few slipped through past March '10
